Thinking Ahead: The Southwestern Campaign On March 31, 2006, Southwestern University kicked off Thinking Ahead: The Southwestern Campaign in an effort to raise $125 million by June 30, 2009. Guided by and in support of the goals of the Strategic Plan for 2010, this comprehensive campaign is developing resources for the support of Southwestern students and faculty, to enrich the diversity of our community and in furtherance of our living/learning environment. The Thinking Ahead campaign marks a pivotal moment in the history of Southwestern University. Achieving distinction among the nation's premier liberal arts institutions will require the collective efforts of Southwestern's community of faculty, staff, alumni, parents and friends.
