Mary Visser, Professor of Art and two alumni exhibit their work in Delhi, India.

Mary Visser, Professor of Art and holder of the Herman Brown Chair has her artwork in the Eye, Hand, and Mind exhibition for the IIInd WE ASC (World Education- Art Science Culture) World Education Culture Congress 2013 organized by Shruti Foundation with joint sponsorship from two institutions: Manchester Institute for Research and Innovation in Art and Design (MIRIAD), Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, UK and the School of Art, Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona USA. Two Southwestern University alumni Alex Essex-Carmona and Lauraly Hernandez have prints of their sculptures in this exhibit. 

This exhibition originated at Southwestern University. The conference and exhibition, held in Delhi, India, involves academics, representatives from the United Nations, and many political and governmental organizations who are involved in setting policies in Art and Science Education. The core content revolves around integrating the arts more thoroughly into education at all levels. The conference circulates from Delhi to London to South Africa.
