Southwestern University has an immediate opening for an Enrollment Services Information Assistant. This position is responsible for Enrollment Services student database system management; verification and preparation of student prospect and application materials; and coordination of enrollment-related mailings/communication. Other duties include, but are not limited to: managing CRM record content and data entry; tracking and recording student-related interaction/contacts; collecting, verifying and matching student application materials; researching, generating and distributing database reports; creating and preparing permanent records; coordinating enrollment-related information processing with various offices; along with additional secretarial duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: possess a high school diploma or equivalent; one to three years office/clerical experience; excellent verbal communication skills; able to work independently or as a member of a team; excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail; excellent telephone etiquette and command of grammar; and the ability to remain poised in a busy office environment. Computer literacy is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Experience working in a college or university environment and four or more years of office/clerical experience is preferred.
