Christina Sohn graduated from Southwestern University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She now works as a designer for an urban design and landscape architecture firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her current project involves transforming an abandoned elevated railway into a public park.  She received her Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011.  Christina began her exploration of landscape architecture when studying International Politics in Italy, France, and Switzerland through a Southwestern study abroad program. She developed an interest in the relationships between ecological systems, public spaces and cultural constructs. Her work at the University of Texas at Austin focused on large scale urban design and earned her a National Honor Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects in 2010.
