This performance is titled Out of This World! and will open with Mascagni’s glorious Intermezzo to Cavalleria Rusticana.

The ACO will be joined by soloists, Dana Zenobi and Nicholas Simpson in three beautiful arias. The second half of the concert will be about The Planets, by Gustav Holst. The last movement, Neptune, will highlight vocalists from the Southwestern University Chorale.

Come early (6:30pm in the Caldwell-Carvey Foyer) for a Pre-concert talk with Music Director Lois Ferrari and Southwestern University Associate Professor of Physics, Mark Bottorf. As a special bonus, the Williamson County Astronomy Club will set up telescopes outside the Fine Arts Center for audience members to use after the concert.
