This session of the series features alumna Anna James ’98, who works in market research (and regularly hires interns!) at National Instruments in Austin.
Anna James graduated from Southwestern University in 1998 with a BA in business. Since graduation she’s worked at National Instruments in Austin (which has hired numerous SU interns and grads over the years).
In her role as market research manager she manages a team of research analysts to conduct primary research studies including customer loyalty, brand awareness/preference/consideration, product specific research, and data mining projects. Her involvement includes project management, research design, programming of survey, data analysis, report development, writing executive summaries, and presentation of results and recommendations.
