In the context of Southwestern University's current strategic planning process, the library initiated strategic planning in Spring 2009. The resulting Strategic Plan 2010-2017 is the product of a process involving librarians, library staff, and the faculty members of the Working Group for Library Planning.

The library's Strategic Plan 2010-2017 can be downloaded, or a bound copy of the Plan (that includes supporting documentation) is available at the Circulation Desk.
