Please fill in all applicable information for each item on the Electronic Reserve Request Form.
Submit good quality one-sided photocopies of articles you want placed on reserve. Attach a cover sheet to each copy that includes the following information: author, title, title of article or chapter, and title of source journal or book. You may also scan the articles yourself and submit them as PDF documents. PDF files can be burned to a disc and brought to the Circulation Desk, or send the document by email. Please remember to complete an Electronic Reserve Request Form for PDF submissions.
If you would like your ERes course page to link to full-text articles already online, you do not need to submit a print copy to us, simply include the URL or name of the source database in the appropriate fields on the Electronic Reserve Request Form.
Please allow a minimum of 1 full working day for a single item to be processed. If you are submitting multiple items, processing will take longer. Also anticipate delays in processing during busy times of the semester. Reserves are processed Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Requests received after 5 p.m. weekdays or on the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
All reserve materials must comply with the Fair Use provisions of the copyright law (Section 107, Title 17 U.S. Code). See Reserves Collection Guidelines for Faculty and Reserves Collection Guidelines: Copyright for more detailed information.
