Audiovisual Services is available for consultation with Southwestern University faculty or staff regarding the addition of audiovisual equipment to classrooms or other campus spaces in the following capacities:

Audiovisual Equipment Specifications

Audiovisual Services is available for consultation with Southwestern University faculty and staff regarding the specifications for new audiovisual equipment for classrooms, laboratories, faculty offices, and other campus locations. We are happy to provide specifications for appropriate equipment, assist with sourcing vendors, help with assembly and installation, and provide training.

Audiovisual equipment that is to be used solely by one faculty or staff member, or by only one department, generally must be purchased with departmental funds.

Audiovisual equipment that will be available for use by the general campus community may be purchased with available Audiovisual Services funds.

Audiovisual Systems Design & Installation

Audiovisual Services is available for consultation with Southwestern University faculty and staff regarding the design of audiovisual systems for classrooms, laboratories, and other campus locations. We are happy to help work on projects from conception through installation and training.

Funding for major audiovisual systems installations and upgrades must come from university or departmental budgets
