titles is an essential or primary one for its field. The JSTOR

Also known as ADS, this is a Digital Library portal for researchers in
Astronomy and Physics, operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory
(SAO) under a NASA grant. The ADS maintains three bibliographic databases
containing more than 9.1 million records: Astronomy and Astrophysics,
Physics, and arXiv e-prints. The main body of data in the ADS consists of
bibliographic records, which are searchable through highly customizable
query forms, and full-text scans of much of the astronomical literature
which can be browsed or searched via our full-text search interface.
Integrated in its databases, the ADS provides access and pointers to a
wealth of external resources, including electronic articles, data catalogs
and archives. It currently has links to over 9.2 million records.

Salem Health provides complete access to the five-volume print
version of Magill's Medical Guide (available in the A. Frank
Smith Library Center--Call Number Reference 610.3M272
2008). It is a comprehensive reference to major diseases
and disorders of the human body, the basics of human anatomy
and physiology, specializations in medical practice, and common
surgical and nonsurgical procedures. One can find full text
articles to current medical topics, e.g., assisted reproductive
technologies. Most entries also include photographs, charts,
and/or drawings to illustrate the topic, hyperlinked cross-references,
and an annotated bibliography for further information. The
online version also offers easy access to the Guide's glossary
of terms.
