Helpdesk services are provided to students who require assistance with academic related activities in addition to those who require assistance with network connectivity.

Hardware/Software Problems

Problems with personal computers are not handled through the HelpDesk. With that said, our HelpDesk technicians are always happy to perform a quick evaluation of the problem and provide useful information for students to share with a vendor's warranty department.

Walk-Ins

Students may visit the Helpdesk in person during office hours however priority is given to Helpdesk calls, email and scheduled appointments.
