Students
WebAdvisor allows students to view their account billing statement, register for classes, grades, full transcript record, class schedule, profile and post office box combination.
Faculty/Staff
Faculty: view class rosters, schedules, and semester end grading (note this is not a gradebook). In addition, faculty can view information about their advisees including transcript data, student schedules, test summery, profiles, reigstration eligibility, and preferred registration sections.
Department chairs: view entire department class rosters, student eligibilty and major and/or minor department lists.
Staff: view inforamtion regarding vacation and sick leave balances, access budget for current year (if approved.)
Emergency Notification Information
WbeAdvisor is where you enter and maintain your emergency contact information. It is very important to fill out the Contact Information Screen and keep it current. The primary reason for doing so is how we can provide you with critical information in an emergency situation.
