Help Desk services are provided to faculty, students and staff who require assistance with academic related activities.

What's the best way to get help? Call the Help Desk number or send us an Email.

Hardware/Software Problems

Problems with personal computers are not handled through the Help Desk. With that said, our Help Desk technicians are always happy to perform a quick evaluation of the problem and provide useful information for students to share with a vendor's warranty department.

Walk-Ins

Faculty, students and staff may visit the Help Desk in person during office hours however priority is given to Help Desk calls, e-mail and scheduled appointments. When you come in, look for the office door with the Pirate flag to identify the person currently handling the Help Desk.
