Webmail is reporting many more messages than what are showing in my Inbox.

One possibility is deleted messages are automatically moved to another folder. The check on this setting....

1.  Open a browser to https://my.southwestern.edu
2.  Login with your SUeID and Password.
3.  Click on the WebMail tab.
4.  From the top menu, select Options.



Click  Deleting And Moving Messages under Message Options.

Place a check in the box next to "When deleting messages, move them to your trash folder instead of marking them as deleted"



Click Save Options.
