My Outgoing Mail Is Not Being Saved To My "Sent Mail" folder in WebMail. |

You can specify in Webmail where your sent mail is stored. To access the settings, perform the following:
1. Open your web browser and go to https://my.southwestern.edu 2. Login with your SUeID and password. 3. Click on the WebMail tab. 4. From the top menu bar in Webmail, select Options. ![]() Under General Options click on Personal Information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and place a check in the box next to "Save sent mail?" and make sure "Sent Mail Folder" says "Sent Mail". ![]() Click Save Options. |
