Selecting only the pages you need to print |

To print only certain pages, type in the first and last page numbers where specified under “Print Range.” In this example, we only want to print the first page of the document. If you aren't sure which pages contain the content you wish to print, use the Print Preview command in the File menu. ![]() ![]() ![]() Mac First, identify the pages you wish to print, either with the Print Preview command or by paging through the included preview, as shown on the right. Then, enter the starting and ending page numbers in the Pages fields. In this example, we are printing pages from 10 to 16.
