Problems with composing e-mail in webmail.

Whenever I click on any link to compose an email message (compose, reply, forward) it doesn't work. It just sits there. Is there any way to fix that??

It is likely that your browser is blocking popup windows, preventing webmail from opening a new window for composing. You can either disable popup blocking (please call the Helpdesk at x7333 for assistance if you don't know how to do this), or you can have webmail compose messages in the main webmail window instead of opening a new window. To do this, follow these instructions:

1) Log into webmail, (webmail.southwestern.edu) then click on the link for "Inbox."
2) Click on the "Options" icon near the top of the webmail screen.
3) Click on the "Message Composition" link in the 3rd column
4) Uncheck the box next to "Compose messages in a separate window".
5) Click the "Save Options" button at the bottom.
