You may have made changes to the default identity within the Mail Options in Webmail. Here’s how to fix it:
- From within WebMail, click the “Options” icon at the top.
- In the “General Options” column, click “Personal Information”
- The “From” and “Reply-To” fields should have your full email address (not just your username). Edit those fields as needed and click “Save Options” at the bottom of the page.
You should be set. Send yourself a test message after you make these changes to ensure it works.
