Whenever I click on any link to compose an email message (compose, reply,
forward) it doesn’t work. It just sits there. Is there any way to fix that??

Whenever I click on any link to compose an email message (compose, reply,

To start the saving of sent e-mail, please do the following:
Log into Webmail
Click on ‘Options’
Click on ‘Personal Information’
Choose your default identity, and then click ‘Edit your identities’
Place a checkmark to the left of ‘Save sent mail’
Click on the ‘Sent mail folder’ drop down box, and select ’sent-mail’
Click on ‘Change’ or ‘Create’
