You can access your e-mail from anywhere using SU WebMail. Email is the PRIMARY mode of communication at Southwestern. You will need to access your mailbox often to receive important messages from students, the Provost, the Registrar, department chairs, etc. Keep your inbox up-to-date, in other words, if you don't need it, delete it! All faculty/staff have 400MB of mail storage.
The Southwestern University Pirate Card is the convenient, cashless way to pay on campus. As a prepaid, stored-value account you'll use it for whatever you need, whenever you need it. You can easily view your Pirate card account and add funds as needed all online.
Many professors use SEGUE to post information about the courses they are teaching. When you access the SEGUE tab in mySouthwestern, you will see a list of all the classes you are teaching for the semester. Setup is easy and intuitive. This is an easy and fast way to stay current with course materials and communicate with students.
