Graduating Students
Many of you use SU e-mail as a primary means of communication with friends, family, and prospective employers. Please be aware that your SUeID, all e-mail accounts and Helios data are automatically removed from SU servers on July 1 following spring graduation of that year.
Faculty and Staff
SUeIDs, e-mail accounts and Helios data are removed from SU servers after two weeks of departure. Please be aware it is the responsibilty of departing faculty and staff to remove and/or backup any important personal data saved on the local hard drive of their office computer.

- forward my Southwestern e-mail to another account?
