Computer Repair Information

If you are faculty or staff and have a problem with your office computer or printer please email or call the Help Desk. 512-819-7333. Depending on the severity of the problem, your call will be passed to an ITS technician for immediate attention or the issue will be recorded in our ticketing system, prioritized and assigned to a technician.

  • ITS Help Desk and repair services can not be used for personal purposes.
  • ITS will assist students in diagnosing a hardware problem but we can not repair student computers or printers.
