An important objective of Thinking Ahead: The Southwestern Campaign is to generate new resources for faculty. To date, we have received $3,954,908 towards a $21 million-dollar goal for this campaign initiative. Your gift in honor of a faculty member can be designated to: foster faculty scholarship, provide for additional scholars, chairs and professorships or support teaching within the Paideia® Program. Southwestern offers the finest liberal arts education in Texas, thanks to the ideas, energy, and financial gifts received from parents, alumni and friends. We give to Southwestern for many reasons. We want to support the future of the university that helped shape us. We give so that Southwestern can provide enriching academic experiences for future students. And we give because Southwestern is still a part of who we are; where we found our life's ambition, life partner, lifelong friends, or just our sense of what's possible.
Our alumni support The Southwestern Fund, which funds Southwestern's most pressing needs, like student scholarships, library resources, ongoing expansion of the living-learning environment, and professional development for faculty.
