RESEARCH INTERESTS: humanness in organizations, positive intersection of business and society, non-economic forms of wealth, system level relationality, transformational cooperation, and applied methodologies such as appreciative inquiry and action research.

DISSERTATION: "Generating Holistic Wealth: A Framework for Positive Change Leadership at the Intersection of Business and Society." Chair: Dr. Ronald E. Fry.
