Crewing Session (Cr)
After callbacks have been completed and the cast lists have been finalized, the Technical Director, Master Electrician, Costume Shop Manager, and Stage Managers for all semester shows get together to assign crew positions for each show.
If there are students enrolled in classes that require them to fill a crew position, they will be placed first. Remaining spots are filled first with theatre scholarship students, and then with theatre majors.
Stage Managers provide a list of crew positions and a current list of students eligible to crew the show. Thus, all casts and crews for the semester can be announced by Friday of the first week of classes.
