Special Opportunities: Conductors’ Institute: Schedule

All sessions in the Fine Arts Center at Southwestern University. The chorus will be comprised of Chorus Austin and institute participants. Institute participants will conduct most of this session.

Sunday, June 28th, Day 1

7:00-9:30pm Piano Rehearsal - Sheppard and Bouley.

Monday, June 29th, Day 2

9:30-11:00 Conducting lab- Bouley
11:00 Break for lunch
1:00-4:00 Study the score and practice conducting – Sheppard
7:00-9:30 Piano rehearsal-chorus and soloists (Chorus Austin and institute participants)

Tuesday, June 30th, Day 3

9:30-11:00 Conducting lab- Bouley
11:00 Break for lunch
1:00-3:00 Study the score. Participants conduct piano/chorus rehearsal - Sheppard
3:00-4:00 Lecture 
7:00-9:30 Rehearse the orchestra and choir (Chorus Austin and institute participants)

Wednesday, July 1st, Day 4
