Southwestern, UT Researchers receive an over million dollars from the National Institutes of Health
Recent departmental grants.

Dr. Lynn Guziec, along with researchers at UT-Austin, received a four-year $1.1 million grant from the NIH to evaluate a new technique that could rapidly predict the anti-cancer activity of new compounds.
Dr. Gulnar Rawji received a $25,000 grant from NSF.
Dr. Maha Zewail-Foote was awarded a $35,000 ACS PRF Grant Type G for “The Role of Oxygen in Photoinduced DNA Damage.
