Regalia
All graduates must wear the University approved regalia (cap, gown and hood) to participate in Commencement Convocation. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE. Please complete the ONLINE ORDER FORM before March 8.
Regalia Orders
The cost of regalia is $61.33 (including tax) and must be paid before March 8. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Failure to order your cap and gown by March 8 will result in a $10 late fee. If you have any questions regarding your cap and gown order, please call the University Events Office at 512-863-1483.
Robe & Hood Distribution
Academic regalia distribution will take place in the Walzel Courts of the Corbin J. Robertson Center on Saturday, May 11, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. In an effort to continue Southwestern’s dedication to sustainability, we encourage graduates to return their biodegradable robes and/or hoods to the Josten’s Representative, located in the Walzel Courts, following the Commencement Convocation so that they can be properly recycled. Your cap, tassel, and hood are yours to keep, if you choose.
