• Attend Graduation Fair from 2:30 - 6 p.m., March 6th, in the Mood Bridwell Atrium. Ticket requests and cap & gown orders can be turned in at this time.
• Order the Southwestern Ring. Visit with the ring representative, March 6th, at the Graduation Fair in the Mood Bridwell Atrium.

Before March 9: Square away the details

Appease your family - Order your tickets early.

 

• Complete the ticket RESERVATION FORM — Maximum tickets per Graduate is 8 — before March 9th for guaranteed seating in the Corbin J. Robertson Center.

Dress to impress - Order your cap & gown.

 

• Complete Josten’s online ORDER FORM to order you cap, gown, and hood. The cost is $56.24 (including tax). ORDERS PLACED AFTER MARCH 9 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 LATE FEE.
• See the “Regalia” section in this website for instructions. Questions can be directed to the University Events Office, 2nd floor of the Mundy Building or at 512-863-1483.
• Commencement tickets will not be released until your cap and gown have been ordered.

Commencement tickets will only be issued upon clearance from the Business Office and the Registrar’s Office.

 

• Pay outstanding fees and fines (parking, library, etc.) in the Business Office.
• Complete all paperwork for the Registrar’s Office.

• Make hotel reservations for out-of-town guests as soon as possible. Visit Where to Stay for a list of local accommodations. For questions, contact the University Events Office at 512-863-1483.

Remember to make sure your friends can find you after graduation.

 

• Join the online alumni community. Update your contact information for the online alumni directory (and browse it to find other alumni), post photos, submit Class Notes, create blogs, register for alumni events in your residential area, and much more!
• Check out the benefits of being an alumnus or alumna and stay connected to Southwestern.
• Arrange to meet your friends and classmates at Homecoming and Reunion Weekend (Nov. 3-5, 2012). 
• Become Fans of The Association of Southwestern University Alumni on Facebook and join The Association’s LinkedIn group.

• Order SU Diploma Frame from the SU Bookstore at 512-863-1344.
• Order photographs and a videotape of the ceremony. Videotaping details and information on photography will be mailed to your permanent address before Commencement. See the “Announcements, Photography, Rings” section on this website for further instructions.
