Campus Visitation Programs
You can participate in any of these programs by calling us at 800-252-3166. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and typically fill about two weeks prior to the program date.
Please note: There is a $20 reservation fee for families to hold your RSVP for one of these events. If for any reason you may need to cancel your reservation for attendance, and can let us know within 24 hours of the event, we will gladly refund the $20 fee you have paid.

Southwestern Showcase for Seniors
September 2013
Want to know what college is all about? Southwestern Showcase offers an introduction to Southwestern and the college search process. From 9 a.m. (okay, so not exactly “College Central Time”) to 3 p.m., learn about: the college application process, choosing a liberal arts and sciences education, campus life from a student perspective and, especially for parents, how to finance a private education.
Pirate Preview
October 2013
Following a 9 a.m. check-in, you will have the opportunity to sit in on a variety of classes, tour campus, participate in panel discussions, meet your admission counselor, attend a luncheon, connect with faculty and current students, and even stay overnight on campus with a Southwestern student host.
Fine Arts Visit Day
November 2013
Are you hoping to showcase your creativity in college by participating in Studio Art, Music or Theatre? Then this day is just for you. Learn more about Southwestern’s Sarofim School of Fine Arts, as well as gaining valuable information regarding the admission and financial aid process by attending this event.
There will be opportunities for auditions and/or art portfolio review at this event, please contact Allison Fannin if you would like to schedule either an audition or art portfolio review.
