Bill Christensen, Director

Bill Christensen has been the Director of the LLC since June 2000. Although his current professional responsibilities run more to things technological, his educational background is in Spanish language and literature  (Ph. D from UT Austin, 1997),  and he still finds time to teach a course in Spanish Medieval and Golden Age literature.. He is also an experienced language pedagogue, having taught Spanish language  at the University of Texas and at Southwestern. . His literary interests are Golden Age narrative and drama. His current technology interests are focused on the use of web tools and programming to deliver online  written and oral assessments. He also conducts technology workshops, such as those  on Macromedia Flash and Flash Media Server he conducted at the IALLT conference at the University of Michigan  in June 2003, Brigham Young University in Aug. 2005, and the University of San Francisco in March 2008
