Robert Warren, DMA

Pianist Robert Warren has been acclaimed for his performances throughout the United Staes, as well as in Europe and Central America. Active as a soloist and collaborative artist, he performed in both capacities as a musical ambassador to Costa Rica under the auspices of the Centro Cultral Costarricense-Norte Americano in 1991. In 1993, he was name second ranking performer in the United States Cultural Ambassador Program.

Teaching is of vital interest to Dr. Warren. He received a service award to assistant teach for Adam Wodnicki while a sophomore at the University of North Texas. He also served as a teaching assistant during his studies at UT Austin.

He has been the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, and has been a prizewinner in several competitions including the Southwest Pianist Foundation, the H.T.M.A. Concerto Contest, and the Austin Civic Orchestra Concerto Competition.
