Students who are candidates for May graduation should arrange any required final examinations to occur between

Friday, May 2, and Monday, May 5. No student will be required to take more than two exams in one day. Final semester grades for May candidates will be requested on a separate grade roster, and should be submitted to the Registrar's Office or entered via Web Advisor (if pre-authorized) by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 5.

FINAL EXAMINATIONS are held in the same room in which the class meets, according to the following schedule:

No alterations may be made to the Final Examination Schedule.  Any problems should be brought to the attention of the Registrar.  A student who has three finals in one day may reschedule the middle exam in consultation with the professor.  Requests to reschedule a final exam for other reasons may be made by completing the petition form available in the Registrar's Office.

Semester grades are due in the Registrar's Office, as soon as possible following each exam, on the Grade Request Roster forms provided by the Registrar. All non-senior grades are due by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 12.  Except in rare and unusual circumstances, grades are expected 72 hours after the final exam.

Once they have submitted their signed online grading contracts to the Office of the Registrar, instructors may report grades via Web Advisor.   As soon as grades are entered, they may be viewed by students via Web Advisor.

Incomplete grades will be recorded as "F" if a grade change is not reported before 5:00 PM on Monday, September 8, 2008 (last day to add courses for the Fall semester).  Petitions to appeal extension of this deadline must be in writing, and signed by both student and instructor.
