General Instructions
for Grade Assignment and Reporting by
Faculty
Online Grade Submission via Web Advisor:
- Faculty must be specifically authorized
for Web Advisor Grade Entry

Grade Due Dates:
** Spring 2008 graduating seniors:
due by 5 PM on Monday, May 5, 2008
** Spring 2008 all other students:
due by 5 PM on Monday, May 12, 2008.
** May Term 2008: due 5 PM Monday,
June 9, 2008.
** June Term 2008: due by 5 PM Thursday,
July 3, 2008.
** Summer III 2008: due by Monday,
August 25, 2008.
** Fall 2008 all grades: due 5 PM
Monday, December 15, 2008.
In each case, faculty may defer until
8 AM the following morning (generally
a Tuesday)
by filing for an extension with the
Office of the Registrar.
I Grades: If you have access to (or can download) Adobe Acrobat, you may print a copy of the form required when an I Grade is used for incomplete work due to an emergency situation.
X Grades: Similarly, you may print the form used with the report of a temporary symbol of X in lieu of a grade (used both for possible honor code violations and also when work has been submitted, but circumstances prevent the grade from being assigned by the deadline.
Both forms are also available from the Office of the Registrar.
While paper grade rosters are supposed to be submitted in person, other required forms may be mailed to:
