What's the best way to get help? Call or E-mail
Problems with personal computers are not handled through the Help Desk. With that said, our Help Desk technicians are always happy to perform a quick evaluation of the problem and provide useful information for students to share with a vendor's warranty department.
Faculty/Staff may visit the Help Desk in person during office hours however priority is given to Help Desk calls, e-mail and scheduled appointments.
