In order to get your web page "online" and accessible to the rest of the world, you need to install it onto Southwestern's server.
There is a program, /usr/local/bin/wwwsetup, that will create the directory and change the permissions as needed. Most people need only type wwwsetup at the ralph command prompt to run it.
